These are real posting dates, not predictions. Each marker sits in the month the employer’s own hiring system says the role was published. Where an employer publishes no date, Promptly falls back to the month it first saw the role go live — so a marker is never a guess, but the two sources differ slightly.
A company posting in August one year does not guarantee it will post in August again. Promptly reports what it saw; it does not forecast recruiting calendars.
Looking ahead? Any future month shows estimated drop windows, projected from when each company posted in previous years. These are estimates only — nothing is 100% accurate, and an estimated role is not open yet. Past and current months show what Promptly actually observed, with each role's opening (and closing date where the employer provides one).
